Youtube user BENFROGGG is now working on an electric conversion of an old Cushman!
His videos have good sound and plenty of instructional narration. In video one, he strips off the old wooden bed and pulls the motor. In video two, he takes you step-by-step through how he built his own “bolt-together” motor couple, including keeping it center and true.
