That’s it, I’m done. I need sleep. I’m leaving first thing tomorrow morning for the trip and I STILL have to actually pack.
However, I built a seat for the bike today, and finished a lot of other small but important bits, including the vinyl lettering.
After all that, I finally got to take it for a test ride. It works great. It really doesn’t handle any different than before the boat-tail, yet I’m not pushed around by the wind at high speed like I was before. I think this is going to work really well.
Take care, I gotta go recharge my batteries.

PS: If it ain’t done yet, it’s not happening. I’m bringing a few tools and should be able to make road-side repairs if necessary.

LOVE THIS SHIT!!!
It doesn’t look half bad! I think over half of aerodynamic drag is created by the tail end, so it’s no wonder if it helps with the consumption already. It’s not called drag for nothing. 😉
