I don’t know about you, but I’m actually NOT much of a car guy.
I believe that internal combustion engines run on some sort of dark magic that is impossible for the common man to comprehend. That’s why I LOVE when somebody has a nice, simple way to explain an automotive concept. And since cars have been around for so long, many of these concepts could have been taught to us by our grand and great-grand-parents.
Instructional films from that era are now easy to access, due to the information age and the likes of YouTube. I stumbled across this one, teaching how a differential works. Not only does it make fantastic use of Tinker Toys, but the motorcycle formations and circus tricks are worth the price of admission!
